Five simple steps to get your leaders onboarded:
1. Introduce Formed to your staff and ministry leaders
- Share what Formed is, what its purpose is, and how it benefits the parish.
- Guide each person to sign up for Formed.
- Ask them to watch at least the first episode of a program like Presence or The Search.
- Ask them for feedback and how they think they can implement it in their ministry, for evangelization and formation.
2. Schedule a coaching meeting for all staff and ministry leaders to attend together.
